30 Day Returns Policy
We want you to feel comfortable ordering from us, and be happy with your purchase once you have received it. Our returns policy on exchanges is 30 days, so you have plenty time if you need to exchange a shirt bought for a gift for a different size. If you would like a return, you MUST contact us prior to sending back your order for authorisation.
If we have made an error such as sending you the wrong shirt, size or colour, please let us know immediately and we will sort out the problem as quickly as possible. Please quote your order number with the problem, or reply to the dispatch email you would have been sent.
If you have ordered the wrong size or it does not fit as you thought, do not worry. We can exchange it for a different size. When returning the garment make sure you let us know which size you would like in exchange for the one you are sending back.
If you would like a refund please contact us immediately. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days to return the order to us, and we must receive your order back within a timely manner. You must contact us for authorisation for a return (as above), we advise reading the terms below to ensure the returns process is smooth. When we receive the order back, we will refund your order.
We offer 30 day returns for exchanges or 14 day returns for refunds under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. When returning an item it should be brand new in perfect, resalable condition with all tags attached, it must not have been washed or worn for long periods of time, and have no marks or odours from things such as antiperspirant, deodorant, perfumes or aftershaves.
It is your responsibility to get your order back to us in good condition, when sending your order back we recommend using an insured service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery. We advise putting the item in it's original packaging, then repackaging that, which will make it more secure. Currently we are unable to offer free returns, and the cost of return must be paid by the customer. In the event of a refund request, the original postage charge will be refunded.
You MUST contact us for a returns authorisation before we can accept a return. A failure to do this may lead to a delay in dealing with your request, or your order may get sent back to you. After we have authorised the return, you must send back the item within a timely manner, preferably immediately. Certain items, including custom made clothing and underwear cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault.
Please note that if you are purchasing for business/retail (e.g. billing to business), or other non-consumer activity this is under B2B terms which does not include the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Items which cannot be returned
Some items cannot be returned. These include underwear and custom made garments such as custom made and personalised t-shirts. We do not offer an exchange or refund on these items, unless there is a manufacturing fault.
Custom and Personalised Clothing
Made To Order Clothing including personalised or custom made clothing cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing fault. This applies to items (but not limited to) such as custom stag and hen T-shirts, custom holiday tops and any other clothing made to your specifications. If you are placing a large order we recommend that you contact us for a sample. When ordering you can also contact us for our free Mock Up Design service so you can see what your shirt will look like, and make alterations, if desired, before production of your order starts.
